Snr / Architectural Technician

Sterling Arrow, on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technician to join a dynamic team working on diverse projects, including residential developments for national housebuilders and private developers. • Minimum 2 years of practice experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Technical Documentation: Produce detailed drawings and specifications compliant with building regulations and industry standards.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and documentation meet relevant building codes and regulations.
• Project Variety: Contribute to a wide range of projects, primarily in the residential sector.
• Team Participation: Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing ideas and solutions to project challenges.

• Full-time, office-based role: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (1-hour lunch break).
