Architectural Technician
Introduction
Sterling Arrow, on behalf of our esteemed client, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician/Technologist. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting project leads in delivering high-quality architectural commissions and supporting day-to-day operations within the practice.
Qualifications
HNC/HND in a construction-related subject or a degree in Architectural Technology or similar.
Role Within Practice
- Project Assistance: Support project leads in the planning, design, and technical delivery of commissions.
- Technical Design & Documentation: Create and develop technical drawings, CAD models, and graphical content.
- Project Administration: Attend project meetings, take accurate minutes, conduct technical research, and handle project documentation, including the issuing and receiving of drawings and other critical information.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors under the guidance of project leads.
- Office Support: Provide general office assistance, including filing, telephone handling, and welcoming guests.
